As Seen in Martha Stewart Weddings, D'ivine play has always been tasked with being the ones to push the envelope. When no one said it could be done, they began to do it, changing how an event, and especially a "wedding band," could be perceived. Doing music that the golden generation knows and loves, but then able to quickly transition into music you would only expect from a DJ to be able to pull off, they found that a true party band is one that resonates with everyone and gives them a reason to move. D'ivine play pulls, and collaborates, with nearly all the musicians in the Blue Earth umbrella. This element adds a flair of spontaneity on a level that is only acheivable with the type of world class players we have in Blue Earth. Do not hesitate and hire D’Play IMMEDIATELY. I have never seen a wedding band with so much energy. Their energy is insane, and I’m not sure anyone ever left the dance floor. I had friends tell me they would hire them for their 40th birthdays, and out of town guests texting me months later asking for the band name. They take your song preferences to heart - they learned our first dance song and learned additional songs I let them know I loved, which was such a fun surprise at the reception. So many of our guests said it was their best wedding band they’ve ever seen. Would hire a million times over again.

To say DPlay is just a band is an understatement. They truly made our night unforgettable! John and his team are professional, friendly, and SO incredibly talented. They aren't just playing songs - they are singing, dancing, interacting with the crowd, and keeping the energy lively and fun all night long. They even played two special request songs for our first dance and father/daughter dance. Having live music made those moments even more special. There was not a single person in their seats when the band was playing! I keep rewatching videos reminiscing on the best night of my life with the best music in NOLA! All of my guests were blown away and had so much fun. 10/10 - gold stars across the board. Book them now!
